ewhere to scrap that wasn't already fully loaded with goodies before I got there (aka grannie's house)...So, I'm still an amature when it comes to packing and knowing what I'll need... Since I am the kind of person who "grab-n-creates" I can't just plan something to do.... So I packed load of things! See for your self...
This is my XL Roller Tote.. It's over flowing with stuff!! I had to take a couple "layers" out of it because I couldn't LIFT it! YIKES! So... I took some out.. and put it in here... This pic to the right is a trunk that I bought a couple years ago. It was made by Chatterbox.. I got it and 2 smaller sizes for a great 80% off deal after attending the Sacramento stamp show in 2006. It's leather and has straps and everything just like a real trunk. Of course it doesn't hold much.. but it'll do for my big kick and all my extras I HAVE to have. :) So next, I packed my table top AMM tote...
It's got all the essentials... Well ok, SOME of them like scissors, scallop scissors, punches, pop dots, piercers, files... knives... things like that in it. I had a helper while I was packing.. Her name is Bubblez. She's the littlest full grown cat I know. :)
So.. I can't go without paper.. you know??? Here's part of the paper I intend to bring.. Now one small problem.. It won't FIT in my roller totes and I don't know where my paper keeper is!
Please tell me I'm not the only one who packs everything for a 3 day retreat? Please tell me I haven't gone off the deep end yet. :)

Haha! Yes, I pack everything I own too! Actully my last crop I really prepared for and I only ended up taking one rolling tote. I think my biggest help was to use a page-in-progress box and lay out the pictues and paper BEFORE the crop. Then I even have an idea of what stamps and embellishments I will need. Hope you have a great retreat!

Yep, I pack heavily too - because what will happen if you don't have the perfect shade of blue paper when you need it, right?

I don't scrapbook.. I make cards and to plan for each and every stinkin card I want to make.. well, that would just send me over the deep end. LOL.

I pack everything for a 6 hour crop-so you are not alone!
I went away in January and only took a small tote with me thinking that was over the top as kits were supplied, I was sooooooo suprised when I got there and everyone else had at least 2 roler totes so I ended up stash raiding quite a bit!!!
Have a great time and I would love to take that free space but don't have a passport let alone the funds to get there!!
Looks perfectly reasonable to me.

Well, I'll tell what you want to hear because I do something similar. I do think of the projects I have in mind. They're always more than I can reallistically do, but then I start thinking of what other thing I'll might need and end up carrying much more than I'll ever need.
