Cut strips of black and purple cardstock and layer. then tie some orange and black ribbon on it and adhere to the front of your card. Stamp and color 3 cute pumpkins. Adhere to card with pop dots and add stickles to the black areas for the "WOW!" factor. Spoooky Flowers!

Flowers.. Flowers.. Flowers.. I love making my own paper flowers! I had an empty frame and a post card sitting on my desk so I thought why not frame the post card and embellish with some hand made flowers?? then I thought.. hmm.... add some wings!  Then... I got the idea to use vellum for the wings but alas, after an hour of looking for just a scrap of vellum, I couldn't find ANY! Not 1 stinkin scrap! So, I had some thick frosted plastic... I said to myself "Why not?" And away I went! I pulled out the handy dandy Black Stazon ink and my Delicate Wings Stamps and went to work! I used some teeny tiny rhinestones to dress up the wings and viola! My framed art was finished.

Thank you for visiting my blog today! Please hop over to Beth's blog and see what she's got up her sleeves for you.

HI friends!!! How are you all doing today?? I hope you're having a fabulous Fall day! It's a bit chilly here but the day is off to a wonderful start! Our theme for today's hop is ORANGE! That was my grandpa's favorite color ya know! I hope I did him proud with my card today. :) The stamp I'm featuring today is my Micah Carmichael, it's titled Moonlit Misery

I love the combination of orange, green and purple! Don't you?

To make this card: Cut a piece of patterned cardstock to fit the front of your card base. Stamp and color your image and mat with black cardstock. Next cut a piece of black cardstock the length of your image and about 1/2-3/4" thick and tie 3 pieces of orange ribbon around it. adhere the image and black strip to a rectangle of green pattern paper matted with black cardstock the the front of your card.

Ol' Bag O' Bones!

Hi friends!! It's skeletons/bones day here on our blog hop! I have a stamp from Natalie VonRaven to share with you today, it's called The Joker.

To make this card: cut a piece of black cardstock and adhere it to the front of your card base. Cut a triangle of pink patterned paper and adhere that to the front of your card (for this one I used the left over paper I had from yesterday's card!)

Next, stamp and color your image and then use an ink applicator and Vintage Photo Distress ink to age the background of the image if desired. I sprayed the entire image with my home made glimmer mist to give it a nice shimmer. Mat the stamped image with black cardstock and green patterned paper and use a border punch on the green.

For the bones embellishment, I used an arm for a skeleton I had left over from our Coffin contest and some ribbon.

Thanks for visiting my blog today. Please hop over to Janie's for your next stop!

It's a purple kinda day!!

It's PURPLE day!!!! My favorite color of all time!! I have a fun card with a NEW stamp to share today!! So lets jump into it! My card is a shaped card. Looks kind of like a tombstone. :)

To make my card front I cut a piece of cardstock to fit. Stamped the sentiment in Orange CTMH Ink and matted it with some patterned cardstock from DCWV. I applied some brads and metallic thread/ twine.

To make the inside of my card, I Just added some patterned cardstock on the edges that have been trimmed with scalloped scissors. I stamped the witch on white cardstock and colored her.. then I went hog wild with my jewel crusted embossing technique in this video from Michaels. After That, I thought.. hmm the witch needs to stand out more.. so I stamped and colored her one more time and used pop dots to put her on the top of the first witch. :)

I hope you like my purple themed card! It was so much fun to make!! :) Have a fun filled day!

Thanks for visiting me today. Please hop over to Sue's blog next!

Welcome!!! Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I have a fun card to share with you. I used a new stamp by Natalie VonRaven from Queen Kat Designs it's called Evolution! Since our theme today for the blog hop is Steampunk I thought it would be fun to turn this stamp into a Halloween-ish one for the day. :)

To make this card:
Cut a piece of cardstock to fit the card front. Cut a piece of ledger patterned paper and stamp a QKD background stamp on it and adhere to a piece of black patterned paper. Using metallic thread, attach 1/2 of a snap.

Stamp and color the Evolution stamp on white cardstock, using Vintage Photo Distress Ink and water in a mini mister create the background around the Evolution face. Spritz the entire piece with glimmer mist. I used my home made spray (hair spray with pearl ex).  Mat on black and bronze cardstock. Attach other half of snap with metallic thread. Using a brad, attach a game pointer to your Evolution image. Using your favorite adhesive put your card together.

I hope you enjoyed my card today. I had a lot of fun making it. Please hop over to Janie's Blog for your next stop on our 13 Days of Halloween Blog Hop!
