December Stamp Release Party!

It's that time again! The December stamps are ready to come out and play! We have some fun and creative designs for you this month. We even have a new stamp designer. All the deets are sure to be leaked tomorrow! Check back and check often, as we unfold a month of stamping goodness! We will have an online crop tonight beginning at 6pm PST tomorrow Dec 1.(7pm MST, 8pm CST, 9pm EST) don't miss the fun, there will be challenges and prizes! All happening right here!

Online Crop Tonight!

Birthday Challenge!

It's my hour to host a challenge for the QKD 2nd Birthday party! :) YAY! I'm doing a sketch challenge. Take the sketch below and create 1 card using it as inspiration. You must use at least 1 stamped image on your card the rest is up to you. Any products are ok even other stamp companies. Christmas is coming!

I have no idea how many days but I am sooooo not ready. I'm one of those whacko's that is done with Christmas shopping in AUGUST.. Well with the things that have happend this year I just didn't have the money or energy to get it even started! But I officially started my handmade family projects last night! GO ME! It feels great...

But then I get a bomb dropped in my lap today that I do not in fact have 2 weeks to pack... I now have 1 day to finish packing 1700 sqf of house all by myself.. Well ok.. me and the dogs. But they are not helping much! And I'm moving this Saturday! I have moved like 16 boxes already into the new house but that's not even a DENT in what I have. I've been going through things since May when the *S* hit the fan and I'm soooo glad I did cuz I don't wanna move CRAP!

Phew! Saturday is over. It took 2 days to recover from all that partying! Since I didn't see many of you blogging friends there i guess I'll have to share my creations here... These were all made with the new releaes that we had on Saturday! There were 10 stamp sets in total. all with the animal theme. 4 sentiment sets and 6 image sets! That's a lotta stamps!

Have you ever seen a cuter monkey? I am having a blast with him and the palm tree! It's a build a palm it comes with the coconuts, 2 different sized leaves 4 in all and then the trunk! It's from our new stamp designer Lara O. The monkey is from who else? but our very own SJ!

I can't wait!!

OMG, I'm soooo just going to die waiting.... QKD is having a 2nd stamp release this Saturday!! that's right even MORE stampy goodness coming out this month!! I've been inking up my new stamps and making fun cards with them and I just can't spill the beans yet!! But I am going to give you a taste of what's to come.. :) Am I mean or what? lol. Queen Kat Designs is holding a big stamp release crop on Saturday night. You are ALL invited over to Paper Craft Planet to join us. It's a new site where all the who's who of the who's what hangs out! :) We have our very own group over there and you need to be a member in order to be eligible for the drawings and fun on Saturday. Fun starts at 7pm MST. Be there or be a dried up old ink pad! :)
